As a Minister, Educator, Author, Speaker, Coach, and Consultant, I am deeply invested in the well-being of others. I didn't experience healing, growth, and freedom in a vacuum. Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Social health all played significant roles in my freedom process. I try to takes care of all that makes me human; my body, mind, and spirit, and I find freedom by creating space to experience healing for my whole self. That is why I create healing spaces for other women.

We can give each other what we don't get at our jobs and sometimes, in our homes, so that we can go back to those spaces better, stronger, smarter.

As You Are Elite is an intimate, growth collective designed just for you!

Personal Alignment

You know the feeling of alignment as well as you know the feeling of misalignment. As You Are Elite will provide the opportunity to find alignment again.

Strategic Planning

Each woman will leave with a 90-day action plan, strategically crafted in six 90-minute collectives and one 60-minute 1 to 1 coaching session with Shari.

Dedicated Space

One of the things we crave most is space, to feel, to laugh, to think, to pause, to act in our own best interests. Collectives are intimate, so every woman gets the space she needs.

Goal
Setting

In survival mode, setting healthy short or long term goals is nearly impossible. As You Are Elite will enable you to pause survival mode long enough to transition into thriving; body, mind, & spirit.

When Black women work in high-stress, unwelcoming, inequitable environments, we mourn our authenticity. As You Are Elite is a space for you to explore who you are in this season of your life.
